Shipping Policies - Free Shipping Within the Continental United States!
- We pick up the tab on shipping for all orders within the Continental United States! Additional charges may apply for shipments to AK, HI, US territories and Canada. For orders to these locations a $40 placeholder will be charged and we will follow up with the actual shipping costs before your order is released.
- Please note that Canadian orders generally ship via UPS or Fedex. Canadian shipments may be subject to Brokerage, Duty and Taxes which will be charged by the shipper at the time of delivery. The customer is responsible for any duty or customs charges incurred on an order. If a customer refuses delivery of an item due to the brokerage, duty and customs charges they will be charged for any costs incurred by the shipper on that order. As we are not a customs agent we cannot quote these costs.
- The Towel Warmer Outlet prides itself on customer service and guarantees that you get your products ordered in the most timely fashion available. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next business day. Most of our inventory comes from a variety of warehouses throughout the United States and lead times will vary. Orders generally ship via UPS or FedEx, and we will update you with tracking numbers as soon as the order ships. Some oversized orders may need to be shipped via Common Carrier (Truck Freight) and may require additional instructions for delivery. These deliveries may require a call-ahead from the trucking company and may require a signature. We will contact you if this is the case, and keep you informed how to receive such a shipment.
